Vision Beddings customer service is fantastic!!! I ordered a blanket for my Mother's birthday and it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. It was the 16 picuture one and it had pictures of everyone in the family including grand children and she absolutely LOVED it!! I am very tempted to get one for myself too. And I cannot apprecaite enough what the Vision Bedding staff did for me. I paid for regular shipping but because I sent them an email requesting them to process the order faster for my Mother's birthday, they actually sent it to me via overnight mail without charging me extra. I didn't think I would receive it in time because they completed it one day before her birthday and it was such a fantastic surprise to find it waiting at my doorstep. I would definitely buy from them again and I highly recommend the quality of their products.
Communication lacked at first, but they made up for it in the end making sure I received the blanket in time for a birthday. Shipped overnight. Very happy that I received in time. Only problem was that the blanket smelled like smoke when received. Otherwise, great product!
