i was just writting to say that i received my blanket and im really happy its so beautiful and well crafted and the material is really soft and durable, i love it, and i know my mom is going to love it for her birthday too. you guys shipped it just on time and really put an effort in the details i asked help for. thank you very much and i will recommend vision bedding to all my friends.

My experience was great. This is a present for my sisters wedding and I was kind of skeptical because I did't know how it would turn out and when I recvd. it I was overwhelmed because the pictures were great and it turned out better than I expected.
It arrived today and my parents absolutely love it!! The quality of the blanket and the pictures is truly amazing :) Thank you SO much for all of your help with this....this will be such an amazing thing to have at my sister's memorial gathering tomorrow. Actually I am W L Ferguson, whom actually made the purchase for my spouse. Let me tell you, being that i am deployed to Iraq and sometimes the internet providers block so many items. It was a pleasure having the option to email my pictures to one of your employees and they arranged everything, sent it back so that I could preview it before shipping. My spouse LOVED the gift so much she has taken it to CHURCH and work, displaying it. She also says that she will never use it as a blanket but as a picture. The only reason I did not give you 5 stars is because I am the cheapest guy on earth and will probably never like the prices. So, where can I get some coupons? LOL

excellent solved all problems
Had a little trouble initially because I didn't realize when I altered pictures with my software (like the red eye and brightness), this increased the size of the picture file which led to problems down loading until I figured out the problem. Also didn't realize that my full picture 3"x 5"" would not be able to fit on the pillow (I had 7 people in the picture I wanted transfered) when cropped on the website. A tip for me that really would have helped in the directions is that the picture will crop and fit better if it is vertically oriented (6""h x4""w or 5""h x3""w). I was very pleased with the pillows when they arrived and would definately use the site again now that I have figured things out."
They handled the order with excellent care. Mine was a rush and they did everything to assure me I would receive the product on time.
