Any questions i had were answered with in ten minutes by email and they were always extremely flexible and helpful with any trouble I was having. I really felt like they were working with me on making me a satisfied costumer and they were more than helpful to give me my dream bed spread! I definitely suggest this to anyone who wants a specific good quality bed spread, blanket, pillow, or any other product. It is well worth every penny and I will definitely be shopping here again. And if you are a costumer having any troubles or questions i highly suggest asking the costumer service. Just to let you know that my bedspread/matching pillow shams arrived safely today at my office. I opened the parcel when I got home and the whole is terrific!! At first, when I put the bedspread on my bed I thought I had the wrong size but then I had a brilliant idea. I simply turned it around and all was O.K!!
