At Christmas I submitted a photo and ordered a photo blanket for my son in Hawaii. By chance I found your site after my original supplier canacelled my ordered after a two month wait due to the inability to obtain product. That order actually consisted of six blankets, plus many other items totaling a $700 order - but at Visionbedding - at the last minute - I only ordered quantity one and was treated as through I was one of your best customers. I am pleased beyond what words can describe. The quality of the product is amazing, the customer service refreshing. Anyone who has seen this blanket has asked where to make such a purchase. It is nice to see a company stand by their product and horror the guarantees. We received the blanket yesterday. What a difference! The detail in the black locomotive areas really stand out. You can see the locomotive lettering, engineer and even the detailed groves in the wheels. Big difference. What shall I do with the old blanket? Being this was my first time ordering your product, I admit that I was a bit skeptical about purchasing the product prior to creating it. As I started out designing my product I ran into a few snags, only because I had specific requirements for what I needed. I decided to email you for assistance and I was pleasantly surprised at the Quality Customer Service I received from your Staff. Their responses were immediate, very courteous and they guided me through every step to the final preview. After that your website made it easy for me to keep track of its status.
