Received the duvet cover and its beautiful. However several days have passed and still have not received shams. There is no way to speak with anyone the phone number is only a recording. Email is great but not having the ability o speak with someone is a issue. This is a gift and all items needed to be sent in one order. Logging into your account is slow and difficult.
The picture is beautiful!!!! My 9 year old daughter loves her Orca Whale themed room. The curtains look awesome hanging on her windows. She has loved whales since she was 3 and saw Free Willy Movie.

Not happy with the curtains. Not what we expected they are not made properly. They do not look correct on the windows.
