I received my canvas today. Was unhappy with the fact that the helicopters were not centered like I had requested, because the last helicopter was on the bend of the frame. Seeing this is a Xmas gift it will have to do. Also the size was changed to a 20 x 16 but I was still charged on my credit card for the larger size 24 x 20 . When can I expect this to be refunded to my credit card?
We ordered a custom duvet cover for our daughter for christmas. The product was ordered 10/25/2013. We just recieved it !!/20/13.bEAUTIFUL PRODUCT just what was promissed. However we found that $60 FOR SHIPPING WAS a little high.And were very discouraged when we had canda post not even try to deliver it. WE HAD to go to a outlet,and we did not recieve any comformation it was there. I went on line and it said it was at outlet.When we picked it up we had to pay an additional 15.00 to remove it from the outlet.I was 100 percent sastisfied with product,very disapointed with shipping method avalible to cananda.
These look amazing, the photo reproduction is surprisingly good given the size, and that we used a panoramic photo taken with an iphone 5. What a great statement and way to bring memories alive in the home.
The material is great and got my order quick and really like having the name personalized into fabric but was disappointed in the color. I ordered what I thought was black and yellow zebra and the fabric print is brown and yellow.
