Received the duvet cover and its beautiful. However several days have passed and still have not received shams. There is no way to speak with anyone the phone number is only a recording. Email is great but not having the ability o speak with someone is a issue. This is a gift and all items needed to be sent in one order. Logging into your account is slow and difficult.
LOVE this rug! Did a swimming theme for our daughters room and this rug made it. Amazing customer service as well.
