Received the duvet cover and its beautiful. However several days have passed and still have not received shams. There is no way to speak with anyone the phone number is only a recording. Email is great but not having the ability o speak with someone is a issue. This is a gift and all items needed to be sent in one order. Logging into your account is slow and difficult.
This Fleece blanket is awesome. so soft and such a wonderful design. My son was so thrilled when he opened it and we put it on his bed. I thought the fleece would be a little thicker because the fleece you can buy in the store is thicker. But this was still so nice.
