Due to the variability of customs and trade policies of differing countries, we are not responsible for any fees or associated costs
when shipping our products out of the United States. When purchasing our products you are the importer and must fallow all guidelines
set forth within the country you are importing. Contact you local customs office for more information.
An email will be sent to your Google Checkout Account automatically when your order is shipped.
Due to each of our products being personalized, your order sometimes is delayed.
This is primarily due to us trying to ensure you get a quality product. In some cases we need to specially enhance the photos or even completely
refurbish your item in order to ensure you a quality product.

If your photo is taking a very long time to upload, that is fine & means you will have a quality image!
Do NOT attempt to upload photos any larger than 5mg in file size

* Usually the problem arises because your picture is a very odd dimension.
* Do you see a black bar in your preview or any white space?
* You need to not crop soo close to the edges OR not zoom in soo close.
* It is best to review the photo upload requirements.
* If you cant get your photo to work it is for a reason, and it is best to simply use a different photo.
We offer an easy to use text tool at no additional cost.
A Few Simple Rules:
1. The larger the file size of your picture the better the picture quality.
2. The larger your item, the larger file size your picture needs to be.
3. Most digital cameras set to a high image setting produce an image more than adequate for any sized item.
4. Do not zoom in too much when using our photo cropper.
5. Photos must be Jpeg format example= filename.jpg
You can only use JPEG (.jpg) files for uploading onto our site.
If your images are currently saved in a format other than .jpg, you can usually simply save them as a JPEG (.jpg)
using your digital camera photo program or using a Microsoft application.
Once your photos have been saved as JPEGs, you can upload them to VisionBedding.
Currently our coupon system is being upgraded.
However, if you have recieved a coupon email us your name & the coupon number and you will surely be reimbursed!

I hereby certify, authorize and warrant that I am the owner of the copyright or am authorized by the owner of the copyright,
or own the full rights to any of the content of any and all image(s) to be uploaded on VisionBedding.com or sent to VisionBedding.
I have written releases from the owner(s) of any and all copyrighted images I will upload to Visionbedding.com or send to VisionBedding.
I hereby maintain that I have full authority to grant VisionBedding the permission to reproduce, modify and manufacture any
and/or all of the content of the photos or digital sent in one form or another to VisionBedding.
I grant VisionBedding permission to manufacture, modify and recreate any of the content of the photo or digital images sent in
one form or another to VisionBedding if the need shall arise.
I certify that I am solely responsible for any consideration owed from the release of any of the content of the photo or digital
images sent in one form or another to VisionBedding.

I hereby indemnify and will not hold VisionBedding and all those involved with VisionBedding responsible for any claims, damages,
liabilities, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees as a result of any claim derived by any person or entity claiming interest,

VisionBedding as well as all those involved with VisionBedding will not be held liable to you or the entity you represent for any damages,
claims or costs. Furthermore, VisionBedding will not be liable for any consequential, indirect incidental damages or any lost profits or
savings even if a VisionBedding representative was informed of such a possibility occurring.

There are NO returns or refunds in any way, shape or form due to the fact that we make each item on demand.

VisionBedding retains the right to refuse any purchase of any item at any time. To avoid complications with your purchase, make sure your
images are decent in content. Exceptions may be made for those convincingly artistic in nature. Some images may require document proof of ownership.
